A few answers about timing, care and handmade pieces.
Are all pieces exactly the same?
No. Each piece is handmade, so there may be small variations in shape, size, colour or glaze. This is a natural part of the process.
Can they be used every day?
Yes. The pieces are designed to accompany everyday life. Still, they should be treated with care, like any handmade ceramic object.
Can I put them in the dishwasher?
Absolutely! Just avoiding knocks against other objects. If a piece needs special care, it will be stated on its product page.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes. Casa Retortillo will happily consider custom requests for a home, a table, a restaurant, a gift or a collaboration. Do not hesitate to send a mail at angela@casaretortillo.com
How long does an order take?
Timing depends on the availability of the piece and the shipping destination. For custom requests, timing is considered individually.
